British soldiers who served in Northern Ireland have spent decades under threat of prosecution - not because of new evidence, but because of lawfare and Politics. Labour's new law makes this worse, while the Conservative Legacy Act, which would have protected them, has been scrapped.

I am co-sponsoring a bill along with my colleague, former soldier Lincoln Jopp MP, to stop any further prosecutions unless there is new and compelling evidence. Please tell me your views in the two-minute survey below.

Do you support the Bill to amend Labour's Northern Ireland law? If passed it would mean no further investigations, inquests or prosecutions of Trouble-era veterans.
Do you believe Lord Hermer should have recused himself from advising the Government on the Trouble's Bill, given his history of pursuing legal action against British Soldiers?

In his role as Attorney General, Lord Hermer has been deeply involved in shaping the bill and its amendments. 
Veteran's groups have warned the new law would open up a Pandora's Box of legal claims against former soldiers. Do you agree with this/
